APPROVED

Go live

Approval creates your app's catalog entry and switches on real traffic. Nothing before this point was visible to any company — approval is the one moment that changes.

What approval does

A reviewer's approval creates your app's first real catalog listing. Before this, your app had no listing at all — it couldn't leak into a marketplace search, a pricing row, or a backup export while still in review.

Distribution

Choose Private or Marketplace — private is the default, since most developer accounts exist to connect one business's own agent, not to publish publicly. A private app is installable only by your own company (if you registered as a business) plus any company you've explicitly invited.

Rotate your key

Your sandbox key still only reaches the sandbox tenant — that never changes. Once a real company installs your app, they issue you a separate, production-scoped key for that specific install. You'll hold one key per installing company, not one key for your whole app.

After launch

Track installs and usage from your developer console. If your app is ai.invoke-capable, check whether you or the installing company pays for tokens — see Gateway inference.
